Never received my product nor will they respond and it’s been almost a month

It took 15 days to get here and when I opened it felt like it had all face powders no mascara. Little girl lip glosses colors that I can’t use. The quality of the products are really good and I know it was the cheapest scoop but was hoping I would receive mascaras , liners and nude lip. It’s ok I guess. I will gift them to others. Thank you for my order.
